Will it arrive before Christmas?

If you order by Tuesday, December 8, it should. Delivery takes 2–14 days and you get a tracking link the moment it ships. If you order later, the dates on our Shipping & Christmas Delivery page show what's realistic. We'd rather tell you now than disappoint you in December.

Can you send it straight to the person I'm gifting?

Yes. Put their name and address in the shipping fields at checkout and your own email in the contact field. You receive the tracking link, so you can follow the parcel without spoiling the surprise.

What if they don't like it, or want a different colour?

Unused sets can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Used sets can't be returned. If it arrives damaged or not as described, tell us within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you. Full details are in our Refund policy.

What exactly is in the set, and is it a good gift?

Eight cubes and bags in different sizes, for clothes, shoes, socks and underwear, toiletries and cosmetics, and electronic accessories. They're made of lightweight, water-resistant and dust-resistant polyester and fold flat when you're not travelling. It suits anyone who travels, from a student heading home for the holidays to a frequent flyer. 7-piece and 6-piece sets are available in selected colours.

Do you have bundle deals?

Yes. Save 15% when you buy 2 sets and 25% when you buy 3 or more. You can mix colours, and the discount applies automatically at checkout.

How do I clean them?

Empty the cube and follow the care label. Air dry before packing again.
