Shipping & Christmas Delivery
Free shipping on every order
Your order is packed and sent directly from our global network of fulfilment partners, which lets us offer more variety and free shipping. The trade-off is that delivery isn't same-day, so here is exactly what to expect.
Delivery takes 2–14 days from the day you order, including the time to prepare your order. Exact timing depends on your country and the carrier. Every order is tracked.
Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates
- Order by Tuesday, December 8, 2026: should arrive before Christmas. This is our longest 14-day estimate plus a 3-day buffer for holiday carrier delays.
- December 9 – 21: may arrive in time, but we can't guarantee it.
- After December 21: will not arrive by Christmas. Gift it with a note, or enjoy it for New Year's travel.
These dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather and carrier peak-season delays are outside our control. If your gift matters on a specific date, order early.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after dispatch, which is normal for international parcels. You can also check your order status from your order confirmation email, or on our Track your order page.
Sending a gift
Enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address at checkout, and your own email so the tracking link comes to you.
Customs and duties
Orders to some countries may be charged import taxes or duties by local customs. These are set by your country and are not included in our prices.
Late or lost parcels
If your order hasn't arrived 14 days after you ordered it, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if it is confirmed lost, reship it or refund you in full.
